Allyson Shepston, Esq., a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Arizona State University, is a graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University. She is the owner attorney of Shepston Law Firm, PLLC. Her practice focus is primarily in the areas Estate Planning and Probate Law with further legal services offered in the areas of Elder Law including Medicaid/ALTCS planning, Real Estate Law, and Landlord Tenant Law. Ms. Shepston understands that each and every client brings a unique set of life circumstances and needs which must be addressed independently through a client centered, client tailored approach. She believes that Estate planning is not just for the wealthy: it is for almost everyone. Her goal is to provide exceptional representation with the highest degree of professional integrity. She enjoys helping her clients find peace of mind.
Ms. Shepston is a member of WealthCounsel, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, The Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce, Business Networking International (BNI), and she volunteers at the Fountain Hills Senior Center providing consultations on matters related to Estate Planning and Probate.
Ms. Shepston is the mother of two and lives in Fountain Hills. Her personal interests include family, friends, hiking, in-line skating, reading, scholarly and creative writing, and travel.
Chelsea Serna began working in the legal field in 2004 where she provided legal support to attorneys in the areas of Criminal Law, Bankruptcy, Family Law, Business Law, and Litigation. She also has a background in the Hospitality Industry. She currently holds the position of Legal Assistant with Shepston Law Firm, PLLC., where she provides extensive support in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, and Landlord Tenant Law along with a wide variety of other duties.Chelsea feels that every client deserves the highest degree of professionalism along with the utmost personal service. Chelsea is a native to Arizona and lives in Fountain Hills with her family where she graduated from Fountain Hills High School in 2006. Her interests include family, friends, music, art, walks on the beach, and the Phoenix Suns.
