The Arizona Residential Landlord Tenant Act, A.R.S. §§ 33-1301 to 33-1381, applies if you are renting a residential dwelling unit like a house or apartment. If you rent a mobile home, you are covered by the Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, A.R.S. §§ 33-1401 to 33-1491. The other major set of Landlord and Tenant statutes, A.R.S. §§ 33-301 to 33-381, is designed primarily for commercial or real property landlord - tenant relationships.
